Product description

Plasma cutting system with compressed air mono-phase, with fan. Used for fast cutting without deformation on steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminium, copper, brass etc. The cutting cycle is started by a pilot arc, which is established between the mobile electrode and the nozzle/hood of the torch by the short circuit current between these two elements: this technology also enables, other than continuous cutting, cutting of grids and/or perforated sheet metal. Furthermore, adjustment of the current from the minimum to maximum allows you to ensure a high quality cut as the thickness and type of metal varies.

Main features

  • 40A plasma cutting inverter system with compressed air and strike on contact of the pilot arc.
  • Integrated compressor.
  • Max. cut 12 mm. Fast cutting without deformation of all the conductor materials.
  • With compressor, no connection needed to external compressed air source.
  • Voltage indicator in the torch, consumables replacement warning, air pressure indicator.
  • Automatic torch cooling.
  • Strong and resistant to impact; reduced weight and dimensions.
  • Ideal for cutting hollow square pipes.
  • Complete with PK torch and earth cable.

The TECHNOLOGY PLASMA 60 XT plasma cutting system is equipped with the following protection features:

  • Thermostatic Protection: Prevents the device from overheating by automatically shutting down the cutter if the temperature exceeds a safe level.

  • Overvoltage Protection: Shields the equipment from damage caused by voltage spikes in the electrical network, ensuring long-term durability and safe operation.

  • Undervoltage Protection: Ensures the device operates only under proper voltage conditions, avoiding issues and damage due to insufficient voltage.

  • Overcurrent Protection: Protects the plasma cutter from excessive current draw, which could cause various faults or damage to the system.

  • No Air Protection: Automatically shuts down the device if the required compressed air pressure is not available, preventing cutting errors and damage to the equipment.
