Description

The lift table is powered by pneumatic drives, ensuring smooth and reliable lifting operations. This pneumatic system allows for precise control and efficient handling of heavy components, making it suitable for engine, transmission, and EV battery services.

Equipped with four high-strength universal self-locking casters, the lift table can be easily moved and positioned in different locations. The casters provide stability and security during transportation, and they lock in place to prevent unwanted movement during the lifting operation.

For user convenience, the handle of the lift table can be put down without interfering with the lifting operation. This feature allows operators to have unobstructed access to the work area, enabling them to perform tasks efficiently and effectively.

To ensure proper alignment during installation, the lift table's platform is extendable and tilts in four directions. This feature helps align components, such as engines, transmissions, or EV batteries, to the vehicle, ensuring accurate and secure installation.

The tabletop of the lift table is equipped with 104 M10 threaded holes, which provide flexibility for future adapters. These holes accommodate potential adapters for the separation of transmission/engine assemblies, allowing for versatile usage and adaptability.

The lifting and lowering times are efficient, with lifting taking less than 65 seconds and lowering taking less than 55 seconds.

With a weight of 350 kg, the lift table strikes a balance between sturdiness and maneuverability. It has a total length of 1880 mm and a total width of 800 mm, providing a compact yet robust structure that is suitable for various workshop environments.
