A set of aluminium profiles for valve stem repair. Using the profile made of aluminium provides good heat conduction over the entire surface of the heating element and equal temperature distribution on the repair area. 

Usage

  • Set of covers used during professional tire repair process. For all types of valves. Depending on the size, the disc can be adjusted to the diameter of the valve base and the diameter of the valve body
  • This element is an additional accessory designed for thermopresses
  • Installation: bottom heater (internal)

Features

  • Low mass to volume ratio
  • Relatively high mechanical strength
  • Corrosion resistance: A spontaneous reaction occurres on the outer layer of the aluminium when comes into contact with atmospheric oxygen, so the piece is covered with a thin layer of Al2O3 oxide, which effectively blocks the access of oxygen to the material inside
  • Excellent heat conductivity
