Description

• The new type of induction heating is characterized by high strength and an effective power of 1.75kW for 100% induction heating load.

• Effectively replaces autogenous and propane-butane flame heating in workshops, maintenance and production
  especially screw connections on cars, screws in housings, bearings, hubs, etc.
• It uses a very modern, productive and effective method of heating parts and tools before hardening.
• Even and stable heating. The surface of the heated part does not heat up locally, as is usual with flame heating.
• Higher safety and better working conditions for operators.
  The operator is not exposed to an open flame, hot gases and the risk of fire and explosion when using a flame.
• Lower costs for operator retraining, lower labor costs. There is no need to regularly retrain the operator to work with autogenous and PB burners.
• Low acquisition and operating costs. No gas costs, gas bottle rental.
